What is Rootware DPP?

An enterprise-wide payment management platform that lets you securely accept a variety of payment methods, through multiple channels, for all of your enterprise services — from one place.

Which payment methods and processors are supported?

mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, STC Pay, SADAD and wallets — with connectors for CyberSource, Mastercard MPGS, SADAD EBPP and Tahseel.

How does DPP connect to our existing systems?

Through industry-standard REST and SOAP APIs that integrate with your ERP, CRM, billing, fraud, analytics, data warehouse and finance systems.

Is DPP secure and compliant?

Card payments are PCI DSS compliant, with 3DS2 authentication when enabled and role-based access control across the platform.

Can we add a new payment method later?

Yes. New methods and processors are added through configuration in DPP, without rebuilding the integration for each channel.

How does reconciliation work?

DPP reconciles payments and refunds automatically against bills, accounts and bank statements (MT940), and surfaces exceptions in the dashboard.

Who uses DPP today?

Saudi government, semi-government and telecom organisations — including stc, ZATCA, MODON, the Ministry of Tourism, CST and Saudi Electricity Company.
